We have had Summers Construction do a couple remodels for us. The first job was in our 1948-built house. The bathroom needed to be gutted and the roof and ceiling needed work. The timeline was tight and the crew was amazing about finishing within that time, including some extra issues that popped up. Our second job with them was almost a complete gutting of our home that had to be done in phases...Todd didn't even blink when he said he could manage it. Todd helped us decide how to move walls, and Todd somehow figured out how to make the changes visually interesting, while keeping the integrity of our vision. Every sub that Summers Construction is associated with has been phenomenal in being available, flexible, and reasonably priced. We will certainly use Summers construction again in the future!
